This Privacy Policy explains how Omni Flash ("Omni Flash," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you access or use the Omni Flash website at omniflash.ai and the related AI video generator and AI image generator services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account details. When you create an Omni Flash account we collect your email address, password (stored as a salted hash), and optional profile information such as a display name.
- Payment information. Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by our payment partners (for example, Stripe and PayPal). Omni Flash receives a transaction record but does not store full card details on our servers.
- Prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. When you use the Omni Flash AI video generator or AI image generator we receive the text prompts you submit, any reference images or clips you upload, and the videos and images we render for you.
- Communications. If you email support@omniflash.ai, request a refund, or submit feedback, we keep a copy of that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data. We log IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, pages visited, and timestamps to keep Omni Flash reliable and to detect abuse.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Omni Flash uses first-party cookies for session management and locale preferences, and a limited set of third-party cookies for analytics and advertising attribution. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
- Usage signals. We record which features you use inside Omni Flash — for example, whether you ran a text-to-video generation, an image-to-video generation, or a chat-based edit — so we can prioritize roadmap work.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate, secure, and maintain the Omni Flash Service.
- Generate the videos and images you request and deliver them back to your account.
- Process payments, issue refunds, and manage subscriptions and credit balances.
- Respond to support requests sent to support@omniflash.ai.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Send service announcements, account notifications, and (with your consent where required) marketing messages about Omni Flash.
- Improve Omni Flash through aggregated analytics and product research.
3. How We Share Information
Omni Flash does not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following situations:
- Service providers. We rely on vetted vendors for hosting, content delivery, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics. These vendors process information on our behalf under written agreements.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Omni Flash, our users, or the public.
- Corporate transactions. If Omni Flash is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- With your direction. When you choose to share or publish content from Omni Flash, that content becomes visible according to the audience you choose.
4. Generated Content and Model Training
By default, Omni Flash does not use your prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to train new foundation models. We may use aggregated, de-identified metadata about Service performance — such as average generation times or failure rates — to improve the platform. If we ever introduce optional training programs that rely on your content, participation will be opt-in.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for backup, audit, and dispute resolution.
- Generated videos and images are retained in your Omni Flash library until you delete them or close your account.
- Logs and analytics data are retained for a limited window — typically up to twenty-four months — after which they are deleted or aggregated.
You can request deletion of your Omni Flash account at any time by emailing support@omniflash.ai.
6. Security
We protect Omni Flash data using industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
7. International Transfers
Omni Flash is operated globally. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own, including the United States. When required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect cross-border transfers.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information Omni Flash holds about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent for processing that was based on consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, when changes are material, we will provide additional notice through Omni Flash or by email.
